Step 1: Submit Enquiry
We understand that your time is valuable and will promptly respond to your enquiry to set up a call with you, the owner, to discuss your needs and ensure that our team is the right fit for your project.

Step 2: Call with Owner
During our call we will discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline to get a clear picture of your build requirements. This initial conversation will help us understand your vision and determine the next steps in the process.

Step 3: Site Visit
Our team will conduct a site visit to further discuss your project, go through the details of your requirements and document any specific needs and preferences. This visit will allow us to create a pathway forward by discussing timelines and the general scope of work.

Step 4: Price Project
Based on the rough square footage cost, we will provide you with an estimate for your project. This will give you a better idea of the investment amount required for your dream home.

Step 5: Contract
If we are a good fit and you are ready to move forward based on the rough square foot cost. We will enter a contract at which time a deposit of $20,000 will be paid. This deposit will be applied to the first invoice.

Step 6: Design Home
If you have not already selected an Architect, we will help you find and select one that will fit your build requirements. The Architect will create an initial concept plan that visualizes your dream home based on your ideas and requirements. Throughout the design process, we will collaborate with the Architect to ensure a mutual understanding of the project.

Step 7: Present Quote Based on Plans and Design
After finalizing the plans and design, we will present you with a detailed quote that outlines the investment amount for your project. This step ensures transparency and clarity in the pricing process.

Step 8: Approval
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will formalize and add the budget to the contract documents, agree on a start date and prepare for construction to commence on building and creating your dream home.

Step 9: Build
Now the fun begins! We start building your dream home. Throughout the construction process you will receive regular updates, have access to our cloud-based project management software and attend site meetings to help guarantee the project runs smoothly and meets your expectations.

Step 10: Completion and Handover
Once construction on your home is complete, it will be prepped and cleaned by professional cleaners to get your home ready for move-in. We will take care of council compliance requirements and provide ongoing support for any minor issues that may arise.
